Are There Any Exchange Rates?
All of our products are based on the US Dollar. The prices you may see updated in your currency are based on current exchange rates. If you use a credit card from another currency, your order will be calculated based on the exchange rate for the day your credit card issuer processed the transaction.
Is my information and payment method secure?
- Our store is built and payments are processed on the Shopify platform. They have the most state of the art technology built in to keep your information safe. Your security is our #1 priority, so we take it a step further. We have partnered with McAffee Security to give every customer $100,000 identity theft protection when they purchase on our site. You can shop safely on our site knowing you are protected. We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal payments. We do not accept checks, money orders, or COD.
How do I track my order?
- You will receive an order confirmation email, and then once your order has been processed, fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a tracking email with specific tracking for your order. For your convenience we have an order tracking page where you can input all of your tracking numbers and see the status of where your order is and when it will be delivered to you!
- Please note it can take a few minutes for the tracking number to sync with your package, so if it does not show right away, don't worry!
- Many of your items will ship separately, and some items may arrive before others. Do not worry, your items are on their way!
How much is shipping?
- Please note due to current events worldwide, we are now charging a very small shipping fee due to our rising cost in shipping. We thank you for understanding!
- From time to time we run promotions and offer free worldwide shipping.
- Please keep in mind that when we run large promotions and experience an increased volume of orders, delivery can take anywhere between 1-3 weeks based on the country you are shipping to.
